The area features wide, well-marked streets, and is close to important avenues such as 24 de Outubro and Padre Chagas Street.
Public Transport
Yes — there are several bus and minibus lines that run near the building. Stops are just a few minutes’ walk away and provide easy access to other central areas like the Historic Center, Cidade Baixa, and North Zone.
Ride-hailing services (such as Uber) are also widely available, with short average waiting times in the area.

The building offers garage parking (please check if it’s included in your booking).
Additionally, there are paid parking lots nearby and street parking spots (Zona Azul) available for short-term use.

Common Areas: The areas of the party room, gourmet space, barbecues are not available for guests.
Check-in: Check-in is available from 14:00 to 22:00. If you wish to arrive after this time, please inform us in advance. We do not offer support after the standard check-in time.
Documentation: Personal documents are required for access authorization at the front desk as part of the security process. The documents must be submitted by 14:00 on the day of check-in, regardless of the time you plan to check-in. If they are not submitted by this time, access authorization may be compromised.
Data Collection: When making a reservation, your data will be collected for access authorization at the front desk. This data will be used solely to process the reservation and will not be shared or misused.
Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 11:00. If you wish to check out later, please contact us to check the possibility of a late check-out, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests allowed is 2.
Responsible Use: We kindly ask that the use of the barbecue and other appliances be done responsibly. Any damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the guest.
Responsibility for Damages: The guest agrees to take care of the furniture, appliances, and infrastructure of the property. Damages caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please inquire in advance for confirmation.
Visitors: The guest may receive one visitor in the apartment. However, overnight stays by the visitor are not allowed. The guest will be responsible for any risk or damage caused by the visitor.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in the common areas of the building.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Respect for Quiet Hours: We kindly ask everyone to respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 to ensure the comfort and well-being of other residents.
Changes to Decor: The decoration and furniture may be changed if necessary due to replacements or maintenance.
Minors Under 18: Accommodation for minors under 18 years of age will only be allowed with the authorization of parents or legal guardians, in accordance with Law No. 8.069, of 13/07/1990.
Responsibility for Damaged Items: The guest acknowledges that they will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of broken items, such as glasses, cups, and other objects damaged during their stay.
Respect for Condo Rules: Any disrespect for the condo rules or neighbors will be the guest's responsibility, including fines and repair costs for damages to the apartment and the building.
Noise: The building is new, and there may occasionally be noise from renovations or changes. We ask for your understanding.
