Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. After this time, access can be made via self check-in; however, support is not available outside service hours.

Check-out: until 11:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Mandatory documentation: it is required to send in advance the identification documents of all guests for authorization at the building’s front desk. The collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

Smoking prohibition: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the condominium, as established by the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011). Non-compliance may result in a fine and/or additional cleaning and deodorization fees.

Parking: the condominium offers rotating parking spaces subject to availability. Since prior reservation is not possible, the parking lot may be full at certain times, preventing use during your stay.

Portable crib: we do not provide a crib in the accommodation, but one can be made available free of charge upon prior request and subject to availability.

Child safety: the accommodation contains small objects and is not childproof, with drawers without locks and unprotected outlets. The window poses a fall risk, and no extra mattress for children is available.

Common areas available to guests: pool, gym, rooftop, social area, and laundry are open without reservation. However, private spaces such as party rooms, barbecue areas, and gourmet spaces must be requested and are subject to condominium approval.

Visitors: guest access must be communicated and approved in advance, in compliance with building security and condominium regulations.

Fines and damages: any property damage, broken objects, or stained bedding/towels will be charged. Fines applied by the condominium for rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Decor and furniture: items may change without prior notice due to maintenance or upgrades.

Minors: accommodation of guests under 18 years old is only permitted with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, as required by the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).

Renovations and noise: as this is a new building, occasional construction or moving noises may occur nearby. These situations are beyond the host’s control and do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Liability: LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet), noises from neighboring units, or condominium maintenance works.
