Aspen Studio has a rooftop pool with skyline, gym, coworking – for solo travelers, couples, or with a laptop. Moinhos connects fast: Parcão 800m, Zaffari 240m, Shopping 400m. For your convenience, we do not offer linen exchanges or daily cleaning. These services are available as add-ons—please check rates and availability.

Children and babies are welcome. We do not have a permanent crib, but we can request a portable one (extra fee applies). As in any home, we recommend adult supervision near windows and small objects. There is no extra mattress.

Integrated bedroom and living room (loft):

Queen bed centered with indirect lighting behind the headboard, creating a hotel suite atmosphere. The TV is positioned directly in front of the bed – a cozy private cinema. Comfortable armchairs, dining table, wardrobe with hangers, reading light. Sheer curtains let in natural light, but without full blackout.

Functional kitchen:

Electric cooktop (2 burners), microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, electric kettle, coffee maker. Complete utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, all neatly organized. Practical counter for quick meals or as a notebook workspace.

Spa-like bathroom:

Glass shower enclosure, gas-powered shower, plush towels, hairdryer, amenities (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap). Clean lighting, discreet fixtures, a sense of premium hygiene.

Technology and comfort:

Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning. Self check-in with digital lock, 24-hour doorman.

Important: The loft is ideal for up to 2 people. There is no sofa bed.

1 rotating parking space: the building offers shared parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because there is no advance reservation, the parking lot may be full at certain times, making it unavailable during your stay.
