Located in the heart of the Auxiliadora neighborhood in Porto Alegre, this studio combines sophistication and convenience in a compact space. With smart design and decor that reflects the nobility of wine, Studio Malbec offers a unique living experience, blending comfort and style in every detail.

We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay. If you wish, we offer these services as optional extras:

- Linen change: R$ 80.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 set of bed linen)

- Towel change: R$ 40.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, and 1 bath mat)

- Cleaning service during your stay: please check prices and availability; advance booking is required.

We welcome children and babies; however, some important information should be considered:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you may request one from our central office. If it is available, it will be provided for a fee of R$60.00.

- There are small objects on the premises

- We do not provide drawer locks or socket protectors

- Windows may pose a fall risk

- We do not supply extra mattresses for children

- The condominium offers paid rotating parking, with both covered and uncovered spaces. Payment must be made directly to the responsible company via the kiosk located in the parking lot.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If you prefer to sleep separately, you must request additional bedding for the sofa bed. This service has an extra cost and must be arranged in advance prior to reservation.

During their stay, guests have access to the condominium's gym, coworking space, laundry room, bike storage, and the leisure area on the rooftop. Common areas are available for guests to use freely and do not require a reservation. Spaces dedicated to events and parties are not available for guest use.

The building has a Lavô laundry room located on the second floor, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. Laundry use requires payment, and payment must be made by credit card at a self-service terminal next to the machines.

The locker service, located at the building's entrance, is shared. To use it, please confirm the operating instructions with the front desk staff upon arrival.
