We do not provide daily cleaning or linen changes during your stay. However, we offer some additional services upon prior request, depending on team availability and for an additional fee.

- The condominium offers paid rotating parking, with both covered and uncovered spaces. Payment must be made directly to the responsible company via the kiosk located in the parking lot.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If you prefer to sleep separately, you must request additional bedding for the sofa bed. This service has an extra cost and must be arranged in advance prior to reservation.

During your stay, you are welcome to use the condominium's common areas freely, with no need for prior reservation.

The pool is open 24 hours a day, from Tuesday to Sunday.

On Mondays, it remains closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Important:

The party rooms, gourmet spaces, backlit bar, and barbecue grills located on the rooftop are not available to short-term guests.
