Casa Blue is located in the exclusive Ilhas Park Condominium in Atlântida – Xangri-Lá. Accommodating up to 13 guests, it offers a private pool, spacious living areas, and a stunning lake view. The condominium features complete leisure and security infrastructure, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, nature, and unforgettable moments on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul.

The house accommodates up to 13 guests, and allows up to 4 additional visitors to enter the property.

Entry is through the main gate of the gated community, and all guests and visitors must identify themselves upon arrival.

The private garage fits 2 cars.

We do not provide daily cleaning or linen change during your stay, but if you wish, we offer it as an additional service:

Complete linen change: R$ 60.00

There is no crib available on site.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

Drawers do not have safety locks.

We also offer an optional cleaning service during your stay for R$ 500.00, which must be scheduled in advance.

The house is located in a luxury gated community and comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.

Suite 5 (second floor): king bed, closet, and air conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated barbecue, living room with fireplace, and complete laundry.

Covered garage for 2 cars plus 2 additional outdoor spaces in front of the house.

Private pool overlooking the lake, stand-up paddle board, and bed linens, soap, and toilet paper provided in all suites.
