We do not provide linen exchange or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

- Linen exchange: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

- Towel exchange: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 100.00. This service must be scheduled in advance.

We welcome children and babies, but we would like to highlight a few important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one from our central office. If available, it will be provided at a cost of R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or socket protectors

- The window poses a risk of falling

- We do not have an extra mattress for children

Public transport: several buses and minivans go along Avenida Carlos Gomes, connecting the neighborhood to the main regions of the city such as the Historic Center, North Zone, and South Zone. Bus stops are just a few meters from the building.

Parking: the condominium offers paid rotating parking on site (spaces subject to availability). There are also private parking lots and easily accessible streets nearby.

Salgado Filho International Airport: about 18 minutes by car (approx. 7.5 km).

Porto Alegre Bus Station: about 15 minutes by car (approx. 6 km).

Ride-hailing apps: Uber, 99, and taxis operate efficiently in this area, ensuring convenient transportation to shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist spots.
