Children and babies are very welcome. We offer a portable crib upon request (extra fee applies). As in any home, we recommend adult supervision near windows and smaller objects—drawers and power outlets are your responsibility. No extra mattress is available.

Important Information

The apartment is set up for up to two people in the queen bed. If you wish to use the bed separately, there will be an extra guest charge. In that case, please make a request for three guests.

On the rooftop of the 15th floor, there is an infinity pool with a deck and sundeck. Fully equipped gym with modern equipment. Coworking space and meeting rooms for those who need to work. All common areas follow the condominium's rules and schedules. Access is exclusive to registered guests.

You’re in the heart of Porto Alegre’s nightlife, culture, and gastronomy. Just steps away from Café República, Boteko República, Olivos 657. Farroupilha Park (Redenção) is 800 meters away—perfect for walking or visiting the Brique fair on Sundays.

By car, you can reach the Historic Center, Guaíba waterfront, and Carlos Gomes Avenue in 10 to 15 minutes. Salgado Filho airport is about 20 minutes away (8 km). The bus station is 10 minutes away (4 km).

For safety and condominium regulations, access to the common areas is exclusive to guests registered in the reservation. Visitors must be authorized in advance and do not have access to leisure areas.
