We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay.

We welcome children and babies, but please note the following points:
- There is no portable crib in the accommodation, but you may request one through our service center. If available, it will be provided at a cost of R$60.00.
The apartment contains small objects.
We do not provide safety locks on drawers or outlet covers.
The windows present a risk of falling.
We do not provide extra mattresses for children.
We recommend extra attention for guests with young children.

The condominium does not have a private parking space. There are private parking lots as well as public spots available nearby (subject to availability).
Salgado Filho International Airport: about 20 minutes by car (approx. 9 km).
Porto Alegre Bus Station: about 10 minutes by car (approx. 4 km).
Ride-hailing services: Uber, 99, and taxis operate easily and quickly in the area.
The Serra Morena Apartment is designed for up to two guests who value comfort and practicality.

Check-in: 3 PM to 10 PM. After this time, access is possible via self check-in (digital lock), however, no support is available outside of these hours.

Required Documentation
It is necessary to send the documents of all guests in advance for clearance at the reception.
Collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in the internal common areas and on the pool deck, in accordance with the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011).
Failure to comply may result in a fine and/or additional charges for deodorization and repair of the property.
Parking
The building does not have parking.
Child Safety
The accommodation does not have child safety features (outlets, drawers, windows without screens).
The windows present a fall hazard.
There is no extra mattress for children.

Visitors
Visitors must be notified and approved in advance.

Fines and Damages
Any damage to the property, broken items, or stained bed linens/towels will be charged.
Fines imposed by the building for non-compliance with rules are the responsibility of the guest.
Decoration and Furniture
The decoration or furniture may be subject to change without prior notice, due to maintenance or updating of items.
Minors
The stay of minors under 18 years of age is only permitted with formal authorization from their parents or legal guardians, according to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8.069/1990).
Construction and Noise
This is not the responsibility of the host.
Service Interruptions
LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet), noise from neighbors, construction in the building or in neighboring units.
