We offer cleaning services during your stay for R$ 350.00, upon request and scheduling.
During summer, Florianópolis may experience water rationing, with possible nighttime interruptions. The house has a 1,000-liter water cistern, which helps ensure supply during rationing, but mindful water use is required.
The access ramp to the house is very steep. Large pickup trucks may not be able to maneuver due to the angle. If needed, street parking in front of the house is very safe.
500 Mbps internet is available on both floors of the house.

Up to 2 visitors are allowed during the stay. Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted. We are not responsible for any risk or damage caused by visitors. Visitors must remain in common areas only when accompanied by one or more registered guests. No extra towels are available for visitors.
Mandatory documentation: all guests’ documents must be submitted in advance for authorization. Collected data will be used exclusively for security purposes, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

Use of the house’s utensils and objects outside the property is not permitted.
Decoration or furniture may change due to necessary replacements.
Guests under 18 years old are allowed only with authorization from parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990). Responsibility for minors’ safety within the house, pool, or condominium areas lies entirely with the guest.
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to reimburse any broken items, such as glasses, cups, or other objects.
Any disrespect to neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines and reimbursement for damages to the condominium.
The house is an older property, and maintenance may occur during the stay.
Parties and events are not permitted.
LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet), noise from renovations or moves in neighboring units, or possible construction in the neighborhood.
Fines and damages: any damage to the property, broken items, or stained bed linen/towels will be charged. Fines applied by the condominium for rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.
