Children and babies are welcome. We do not have a fixed crib, but we can provide a portable crib for an additional fee. As in any home, adult supervision is important near windows and small objects.

Important: The apartment accommodates up to two people in a queen bed. If use of the sofa bed for a third person is needed, this must be requested before booking (subject to an extra fee and availability).

The condominium offers a modern and complete infrastructure for your stay. You will have access to the swimming pool, fully equipped gym, coworking space, shared laundry, rooftop with city views, pet area, and lounge with fireplace — spaces designed to provide comfort, leisure, and convenience in your daily life.

Important: spaces for parties and events, such as the party room and gourmet areas, are for owners' exclusive use and are not available to guests.

All shared areas follow the rules and schedules set by the condominium. Access is permitted only for guests registered in the reservation.

The condominium has rotating parking, subject to availability upon arrival. Parking spots are not fixed or reserved in advance.
