Cais is the perfect place to enjoy Bombinhas with comfort and convenience. Imagine leaving your car in the garage, walking just a few minutes to Bombas Beach, and returning to gather your family for a meal on the spacious balcony with a barbecue. With 2 bedrooms, including a suite, integrated spaces, and a prime location, the apartment has everything you need for relaxing and unforgettable days on the Santa Catarina coast.

The property features a self check-in system with a digital lock, offering convenience and flexibility upon arrival.

The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other items necessary for using the grill.

The washing machine is available for guest use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to keep constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are accepted upon prior communication at the time of booking. One small pet, up to 15 kg, is allowed.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that the composition of the guests be informed at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, please specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you would like them to be accommodated. If no instructions are provided, the standard setup will be made, prioritizing the suite and main bedrooms available.

Basic hygiene and cleaning items are provided only at the beginning of the stay. Replenishing these items during your stay is the responsibility of the guests.
