The property offers an assisted check-in system.
The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other necessary items for the use of the barbecue grill.
The washing machine is available for guests to use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.
Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to supervise children at all times in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.
Pets are accepted with prior notice at the time of booking. Only one small pet, up to 15 kg, is allowed.
To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we request that guests' composition be informed at the time of booking. For example: when selecting 4 guests, please specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you would like to be accommodated. If no instructions are given, the standard configuration will be used, prioritizing the suite and the main bedrooms available.
Basic hygiene and cleaning items are supplied only for the beginning of the stay. Replenishing these items during the stay is the responsibility of the guests.
We ask that you respect the condominium rules, especially regarding quiet hours and maintaining harmonious relations between residents and visitors.
