The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other items needed to use the barbecue grill.


The washing machine is available for guests. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.
Children and babies are very welcome.

The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to maintain constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.


Pets are allowed with prior notice at the time of reservation. One small pet, up to 15 kg, is permitted.


To ensure the best preparation for your stay, we kindly ask that you provide details about your group when making the reservation. For example: if you select 4 guests, please specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you would like to be accommodated. If no instructions are given, standard arrangements will be made, prioritizing the suite and main bedrooms available.


Basic hygiene and cleaning items are provided only at the beginning of your stay. Replenishment of these items during your stay is the responsibility of guests.
