The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other items necessary for using the grill.

The washing machine is available for guests. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to maintain constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are accepted with prior notice at the time of booking. One small pet is allowed, weighing up to 15 kg.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us of the composition of your group at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, please indicate how many adults, children, or babies will be present and your preferred sleeping arrangements. If no instructions are provided, the standard configuration will be set, prioritizing the suite and the main bedrooms available.

The supply of basic hygiene and cleaning items is provided only at the beginning of your stay. Restocking these items during your stay is the guest’s responsibility.
