In Bombas, Bruma was designed for beach days with the comfort of home. It accommodates up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms: 1 suite with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, plus extra single mattresses. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and utensils. After the beach, the enclosed balcony with barbecue becomes the meeting spot. With garage and laundry with washing machine, your stay is convenient.

The property features an assisted check-in system.

The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other necessary items for using the barbecue.

The washing machine is available for guests to use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to maintain constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are allowed with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one small pet up to 15 kg is permitted.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us of the composition of the guests at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you prefer to be accommodated. If no preferences are given, the default configuration will be applied, prioritizing the suite and the main bedrooms available.

Basic hygiene and cleaning items are provided only at the beginning of the stay. The replacement of these items during your stay is the guest’s responsibility.

After a day at the beach, the enclosed balcony with barbecue grill becomes the best place in the apartment. Here, your group can prepare a barbecue, sit at the table, have a drink, chat, and enjoy the evening with more privacy. The space has a barbecue grill, grate, skewers, table, chairs, and a sink, making daily use easy.

Bruma also features a laundry area with a washing machine, utility sink, and support for drying clothes, which is a great convenience for those spending several days at the beach, traveling with children, or wanting to wash towels, light clothes, and wet items during their stay.

The apartment has 1 suite and 1 additional bathroom, which makes the group’s routine much easier before heading to the beach or after coming back from outings. Access to Bruma is organized in a simple and practical way. Before check-in, guests receive all necessary instructions for entering the building and the apartment with assisted guidance.
Entry to the apartment is via an electronic lock, making arrival easier and eliminating the need for physical keys.
During the stay, guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment: living room, dining table, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, shared bathroom, laundry area, and enclosed balcony with barbecue.
The balcony with private barbecue is available for guests' use. The space has a preparation area, but charcoal, fire starters, and other barbecue supplies are not provided.
The apartment has a parking space, offering more convenience for those traveling by car to Bombas, especially during busier periods.
Edifício Icaraí is a residential building and does not have a concierge or caretaker. There are also no leisure common areas announced for guests’ use. The stay experience is focused on the private structure of the apartment, the balcony with barbecue, laundry area, parking, and proximity to Praia de Bombas.
For safety and organization, only guests registered in the reservation are authorized to access and remain in the accommodation. The presence of visitors must be consulted and authorized in advance.
