This 70 m² apartment sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), a stainless-steel kitchen island, a coffee station with Nespresso and espresso machines, a BBQ balcony and reserved parking. A Zeppelin speaker, Smart TVs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and self check-in add comfort.

Capacity and bed arrangement

The Abbey accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, including a suite with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed.

If you would like to have the beds joined, please inform our team in advance so we can prepare the desired arrangement.

Linen and hygiene items

We provide bed linen, pillows, and towels according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

Extra sets of linen are not available in the apartment. Additional changes of bed linen and towels may be requested subject to availability and an additional fee.

Basic hygiene and consumable items are provided at the start of your stay, with no automatic replenishment.

Cleaning during your stay

The apartment is delivered clean and prepared for your arrival.

We do not offer daily cleaning. Additional cleaning services and linen changes can be arranged subject to scheduling, availability, and an additional fee.

Check-in and check-out

The apartment features an electronic lock and a self check-in system. Access instructions will be sent prior to arrival, after all necessary procedures have been completed.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation from our team and may incur an additional fee.

We do not offer a regular luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out.

Kitchen and coffee station

The Abbey offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated coffee station with various equipment and accessories.

We kindly ask that equipment is used according to its intended purpose, cleaned after use, and left in the condition it was found.

Coffee capsules, beans, milk, and other ingredients are not provided at the accommodation.

Balcony and barbecue grill

The apartment features a balcony with a private barbecue grill.

Food, charcoal, firelighters, and other barbecue supplies are not included in the accommodation.

Laundry

The apartment is equipped with an 8 kg washing machine, iron and ironing board, steamer, and vacuum cleaner.

Laundry products and other consumables are not provided.

Garage

The accommodation includes one fixed parking space. Access and parking instructions will be provided before arrival.

Children and safety

The apartment does not offer a portable cot or extra mattresses.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially on the balcony, near windows, by the barbecue grill, and when using kitchen equipment.

Community and building regulations

Please be considerate of other residents and guests by avoiding excessive noise, especially during quiet hours.

Building rules and House Rules must be followed for the entire duration of your stay.

Additional information

During busy periods in the city, public services such as water supply, electricity, and internet may experience occasional instability.

The guest has exclusive access to the entire apartment. Entry is self-service through a digital lock – the code is sent before arrival, ensuring flexible check-in times.

The La Rosadita building has an elevator and offers a covered parking spot (spot 308) – reserved for your use throughout your stay. There is no 24-hour concierge.

Common areas of the condominium

Guests have access to the building's pool and party room – spaces that enhance your stay with leisure and comfort. Usage rules and schedules should be checked on site.

Practical notes

Quiet hours after 10 PM – please respect the residents.

The barbecue grill on the balcony is for exclusive use; charcoal and supplies are not provided.

Washing machine available in the apartment (detergent not included).

For any needs, support is provided via message.

LikeHome monitors your stay remotely through the platform chat and through the support channels provided after your reservation.

Our regular support for reservations, registrations, and administrative requests is available until 6 PM.

During your stay, we provide operational support until 10 PM for issues related to your accommodation.

Check-in is self-service. Once the guest registration and access authorization are complete, you may arrive after support hours by using the access information provided for your reservation.

To avoid any difficulties on your arrival day, we recommend completing the registration for all guests in advance.
