We do not offer linen exchange or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer them as additional services:

- Linen exchange: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

- Towel exchange: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 100.00.

This service must be scheduled in advance.

We welcome children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one through our central office. If available, it will be provided for R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or outlet covers

- The window poses a risk of falling

- We do not have an extra mattress

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people on a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it is necessary to request extra linen for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may incur an additional cost and needs to be arranged before booking.

The condominium features a communal laundry, located next to the service entrance on the ground floor. The laundry is operated by Lavô, and payment for washing cycles is made on site.
