Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After this time, access may occur via self check-in; however, no support will be available outside business hours.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

Required Documentation: Prior submission of identification documents for all guests is mandatory for building access approval. Collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in common areas of the building, in accordance with Brazilian Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011). Violations may result in fines and/or additional charges for deodorizing and property repairs.

Parking: The building offers rotating parking spaces subject to availability. As reservations are not possible, parking may occasionally be unavailable during your stay.

Portable Crib: We do not provide a crib in the unit. However, one may be available upon prior request, subject to availability, at an additional cost of R$60.00.

Child Safety: The unit contains small objects and does not have childproof protections (e.g., drawers without safety locks and uncovered outlets). Windows may pose a fall risk, and there is no extra mattress available for children.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Common Areas Available to Guests: Pool, gym, coworking space, laundry room, and bicycle storage are available without reservation. Private event spaces such as party rooms, barbecue areas, and gourmet lounges are not available for guest use, according to condominium rules.

Visitors: Visitor access must be previously informed and approved, in compliance with building security rules.

Damages and Fines: Any damage to the property, broken items, or stained linens/towels will be charged accordingly. Condominium fines resulting from rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Decoration and Furniture: May be subject to changes without prior notice due to maintenance or updates.

Minors: Guests under 18 years old are only permitted with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, in accordance with the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).

Construction and Noise: As this is a relatively new building, occasional noise from renovations or moves in neighboring units may occur and is beyond the host’s responsibility.

LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet), noise from neighboring renovations or moves, or building maintenance works.
