The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other items needed for using the grill.

The washing machine is available for guests to use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to keep children under constant supervision in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are accepted with prior notice at the time of booking. One small pet is allowed, weighing up to 15 kg.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us of the composition of your group at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, please specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you prefer to be accommodated. If no preference is indicated, the standard setup will be provided.

Basic hygiene and cleaning items are provided only at the beginning of the stay. The replacement of these items during your stay is the guest’s responsibility.

Just a few meters from the sand, it accommodates up to 5 guests in a functional layout, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a balcony, barbecue grill, and laundry.

The two bedrooms feature double beds and air conditioning, creating independent spaces for rest after a day at the beach. To accommodate groups of up to 5 guests, the apartment also offers an extra conventional mattress (not inflatable), which can be used as needed during the stay.

The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, and a light atmosphere, with decorative elements that enhance the beachy vibe of the apartment. It’s a simple space to enjoy, whether for relaxing, watching TV, or gathering the group before heading out to explore Bombas.

The kitchen is designed to make your stay easier, from breakfast before the beach to a quiet meal at the apartment. The space includes a double-door fridge, microwave, air fryer, blender, electric kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and everyday utensils.

One of the main highlights of Origens is the outdoor area with a balcony, barbecue grill, table, chairs, washing machine, sink, and clothesline. It’s the perfect spot to prepare a barbecue, hang up your clothes after a swim in the sea, and enjoy your stay with more independence.

The bathroom features a glass shower enclosure, electric shower, granite countertop, and daily essentials for your use.

We provide linens including bed sheets, bath towels, and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

Access to Origens is simple and independent, with entry to the apartment via an electronic lock. Arrival instructions and the access code will be sent before check-in so your entry is organized and hassle-free.
During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the apartment, including the balcony/terrace with barbecue grill, the laundry area with washing machine, utility sink, and drying rack, as well as all other indoor spaces in the unit.
The barbecue grill is available for guests to use. Charcoal, fire starters, and other barbecue supplies are not provided.
Residencial Iris is a residential building, and the main highlight of your stay is its location near Bombas Beach.
For security and organization, only guests registered in the reservation are authorized to access and stay in the accommodation.
