There are 74 m² for up to 4 guests, with a king suite, double bedroom, bright living room, balcony, air conditioning, half bath, and equipped kitchen. A brand-new, comfortable, and quiet apartment in a residential area of Porto Alegre, close to hospitals and main attractions of the city.


• We require documentation from all guests to grant access to the condominium.

• Check-in is self-service. Access to the apartment is through a digital lock, and entry to the condominium is authorized by the virtual concierge.

• The concierge requests that guests' documents be sent up to 24 hours before check-in.

• The apartment includes 1 covered parking space within the building.

• We do not provide linen change during the stay. If you wish, we can arrange it for an additional cost upon request.

• We do not provide cleaning during the stay. If you wish, we can arrange it for an additional cost upon request.

• We do not restock amenities during the stay. Items such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided only at the beginning of your stay.

• It is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment or the condominium before check-in or after check-out.

• The accommodation does not have a fixed crib. We can provide a portable crib with bedding upon prior inquiry regarding price and availability.

• The windows do not have child protection. We recommend extra attention when staying with children.


• Important information about the linen: the apartment is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. For reservations for 2 people, the standard linen is set up in the suite. If guests prefer to sleep in separate rooms, it is necessary to inform us before arrival and request extra linen for the second bedroom. Documentation and Data Protection

Condominium access

Accommodation capacity
• The accommodation hosts up to 4 guests.• Sleeping arrangement: suite with a king bed and bedroom with a double bed.• The living room sofa is not available as a bed.
Linen
• The unit is prepared with bed linen, towels and 1 blanket/duvet per bed.• For reservations of 2 guests, the standard linen setup will be prepared in the suite.• If 2 guests wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, extra linen for the second bedroom must be requested. In this case, please select the reservation for 4 guests or consult the LikeHome team in advance.• We do not change linen during the stay.
