Check-in and check-out

- Check-in from 3:00 p.m.

- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

- Check-in is self-service, with access to the apartment via a digital lock.

- After customer service hours, access may still be available through self check-in, but immediate operational support will not be available.

Guest documentation and data protection

- Identification documents for all guests must be submitted in advance to authorize access to the condominium.

- Documents should preferably be submitted 48 hours before check-in and must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in.

- Failure to submit the documents within the required timeframe may prevent access from being authorized.

- The information is used exclusively for registration, security and entry authorization through the condominium’s remote reception service.

- Personal data is processed in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Condominium access

- Entry to the condominium is authorized through the remote reception service.

- Only registered and authorized guests may enter the building and the apartment.

- Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

Maximum occupancy

- The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.

- Sleeping arrangements consist of an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed.

- The living room sofa is not provided for use as a bed.

Bed linen and towels

- The apartment is prepared with bed linen, towels and 1 blanket/duvet per bed.

- For reservations for 2 guests, the standard bedding setup is in the en-suite bedroom.

- If 2 guests wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, extra bedding for the second bedroom must be requested. In this case, select a reservation for 4 guests or contact the LikeHome team in advance.

- Bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay. Changes can be arranged for an additional charge, to be confirmed upon request.

Amenities and starter supplies

- We provide basic supplies for the beginning of your stay: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels and a bath mat.

- Toiletries and starter supplies are not replenished during the stay.

- Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.

Cleaning

- Cleaning is not provided during the stay.

- Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge, to be confirmed upon request.

Parking

- The apartment includes 1 covered, private, enclosed and designated parking space inside the building.

- A garage remote control is provided for guests to use independently.

- The condominium does not have visitor parking spaces.

Common areas and condominium facilities

- Guests are not permitted to use the condominium’s shared facilities, including all communal leisure areas, social spaces and shared services, even if they are not specifically mentioned in this list.

- This restriction includes the swimming pool, gym, rooftop, rooftop barbecue area, party room, gourmet areas and event spaces.

- Guests may pass through the reception area, corridors and elevators to access the apartment and its private parking space.

- The apartment’s private parking space remains available to guests.

Children and babies

- Children and babies are welcome, provided the apartment’s maximum occupancy is respected.

- The apartment does not have childproofing on electrical outlets, drawers or windows.

- The windows do not have safety nets and present a fall hazard.

- No extra mattress is available for children.

- There is no permanent crib in the apartment. A portable crib with bedding may be available upon prior request, subject to availability and a fee.

Pets

- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Smoking

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the condominium’s common areas.

- Violations will result in a fine, in addition to charges for cleaning, odor removal and any necessary repairs to the property.

Voltage

- The apartment’s electrical voltage is 110V.

- Guests are responsible for ensuring that their electrical equipment is compatible with this voltage.

Damage, fines and responsibility

- Guests are responsible for taking care of the apartment, furniture, appliances, bed linen, towels, objects and common areas.

- Charges will apply for damage, broken items and stained bed linen or towels.

- Guests are responsible for any fines imposed by the condominium for violations of its rules.

Guests under 18

- Guests under 18 may stay only with formal authorization from their parents or legal guardians.

Luggage

- Luggage may not be left in the apartment or anywhere in the condominium before check-in or after check-out.

Decor and furniture

- Decor, furniture and equipment may change without prior notice due to maintenance, replacement or updates.

Construction, noise and public utilities

- As this is a recently completed building, occasional noise from renovations, moving activities or maintenance may occur in neighboring apartments or common areas.

- LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions to public utilities, such as electricity, water or internet, or for noise from neighbors, construction work in the condominium or external maintenance.
