We do not change linen or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer as an additional service:
- Linen change: R$ 100.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 bed set)
- Towel change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towels, 1 bath mat)
- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 180.00. It must be scheduled.

During their stay, guests have access to the gym, laundry facilities, outdoor pool, heated pool, kids' area with both outdoor and indoor spaces, game room, sauna, and laundry services.
Common areas of the condominium do not require a reservation and are freely accessible to guests.
Event and party spaces are not available to guests.
The building also features an OMO laundry facility. The services available are PAID and operate through credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.
Directly through the app's chat or via our customer service center, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or during on-call hours, Monday to Sunday until 10:00 PM.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late check-in is possible, but we do not provide support after hours.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
Guests are allowed to have one visitor in the apartment, but overnight stays are not permitted. We will not be responsible for any risks or damages caused by the visitor.
Upon making a reservation, personal information will be collected for access at the front desk. This information will be used solely for the reservation and will not be shared or misused.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
Decor or furnishings may change due to necessary updates.
Guests under 18 years old will be permitted only with authorization from parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8,069 of 07/13/1990).
By making a reservation, guests agree to reimburse for broken items such as glasses and other objects.
Any violations of the condominium and neighborhood rules are the responsibility of the guest, including fines and reimbursement for damages to the property.
The building is new, and there may be noise from ongoing renovations.
