Check-in: from 2 PM to 10 PM. After this time, access is possible via self check-in; however, support is not available outside service hours.

Check-out: until 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and an additional fee.

Required documentation: all guests must send their IDs in advance for authorization at the condominium gate. Data is used exclusively for this purpose, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law – Law 13.709/2018).

No Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the unit or in the condominium common areas, according to the Anti-Smoking Law (Law 12.546/2011). Violation may result in fines and/or charges for deodorization and repairs.

Parking: the condominium offers rotating parking spaces subject to availability. As reservations are not possible, the parking lot may be full at certain times, preventing use of a space during your stay.

Child safety: the accommodation contains small objects and no childproof protections, such as drawer locks or covered outlets. The window poses a fall risk, and no extra mattress is available for children.

Common areas available to guests: pool, gym, and laundry are open without prior scheduling. However, private areas such as party rooms, barbecue stations, and gourmet spaces are not available for guest use, according to condominium rules.

Visitors: visitor entry must be communicated and approved in advance, respecting condominium regulations and security protocols.

Pets are not allowed.

Fines and Damages: any damage to the property, broken items, or stained linens/towels will be charged. Fines issued by the condominium due to rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Décor and furniture: items may change without notice due to maintenance or upgrades.

Minors: stays for guests under 18 are allowed only with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, according to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/1990).

Construction and noise: as the building is new, occasional noise from renovations or moves in nearby units may occur, and the host is not responsible.

LikeHome is not responsible for interruptions of public services (power, water, internet), noise from neighboring renovations or moves, or any construction within the condominium.
