We are happy to welcome children and babies, but it is important to note:

- We do not provide a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one from our team. If available, it will be offered for R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation.

- The drawers do not have locks.

- The power outlets do not have covers.

- The window may pose a fall risk for unattended children.

- We do not offer extra mattresses.

The beach atmosphere needs to be complete, which is why the apartment offers:

The common areas mentioned above are available for guest use, in accordance with the condominium’s internal rules and opening hours.

The gourmet space and areas designated for private events are not available for guest use, as per condominium rules.

The condominium has a shared laundry, located next to the service entrance on the ground floor. The laundry is operated by Lavô and payment for the washing cycles is made on site.
