We do not provide a change of linens or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

- Linen change: R$ 100.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

- Towel change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 130.00. This service must be scheduled in advance.

- Due to the building's infrastructure, the wi-fi is shared throughout the building. Therefore, you may experience some fluctuations during use (up to 50 mbps on wifi).

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one through our central office. If available, it will be provided at a cost of R$60.00.

Guests will be able to access the condominium's gym, coworking, rooftop, laundry room, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests.

The building also has an OMO laundry room in the basement. The laundry room has two machines (one for washing and one for drying). The available services are PAID and operate through payment through the OMO application on your cell phone. If you have difficulty using the service, ask us for help.

The locker service at the entrance to the building is for common use. For long stays, contact us on how to access.

The condominium also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks and one for purchasing coffee. Payment is made via physical credit card.
