During your stay, we do not provide daily cleaning or regular linen changes. However, these services can be arranged as additional services, depending on staff availability and for an extra fee.

About children and babies:

We warmly welcome children and babies. However, it's important to note a few points about the accommodation:

We do not provide a portable crib in the unit. If needed, you may request a crib from our central office, subject to availability and an extra charge.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

The drawers do not have safety locks.

The power outlets do not have child safety covers.

The windows may pose a risk to unsupervised children, so constant adult supervision is required.

No extra mattress is available.

We recommend that caregivers assess whether the accommodation suits the family's needs and supervise children at all times during the stay.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, extra linens for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed) must be requested. This service may incur an extra charge and needs to be arranged before booking.

Studio Colors offers a spacious, functional environment with a contemporary design, perfect for a comfortable stay in the Historic Center.

Comfort and linens: includes bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper).

Equipped kitchen: pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery and basic utensils, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, and blender.

Technology and entertainment: Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Climate control: air conditioning (cooling only) and a heater for warmth.

Accommodations: queen bed, sofa bed, dedicated workstation, wardrobe, curtains, and full-length mirror.

Facilities: self check-in, building with remote concierge, and elevator.

We do not accept pets.

Guests will be able to access the condominium's gym, coworking, rooftop, laundry room, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests.

The building also has an OMO laundry room in the basement. The laundry room has two machines (one for washing and one for drying). The available services are PAID and operate through payment through the OMO application on your cell phone. If you have difficulty using the service, ask us for help.

The locker service at the entrance to the building is for common use. For long stays, contact us on how to access.

The condominium also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks and one for purchasing coffee. Payment is made via physical credit card.
