Dining area with a 2-person breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and air fryer. Separate laundry with sink and clothes steamer. Hairdryer and Wi-Fi ensure convenience.
The apartment also offers 1 private parking spot and digital lock with self check-in, providing security and autonomy throughout your stay.

Quintal Moinhos is located in the heart of the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, one of the most upscale and well-located regions of Porto Alegre. It is easy to access whether you're arriving by car, public transport, or by app-based rides.
The area has wide, well-marked streets and is close to important avenues such as 24 de Outubro and Padre Chagas Street.
Public transportation:
Yes, there are several bus lines and shared vans that run near the building. Stops are just a few minutes’ walk away and provide quick access to other central areas such as the Historic Center, Cidade Baixa, and the North Zone.
There is also good coverage of app-based transport, with a very short average wait time in the area.

Check-in: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you wish to arrive later, please inform us in advance. We do not provide support after the standard check-in hours.
Documentation: Personal documents must be sent for security clearance at the building entrance. Documents must be submitted by 2:00 PM on the check-in day, regardless of the check-in time. Failure to provide documentation on time may affect access.
Data Collection: By making a reservation, your data will be collected for building access. This data will be used exclusively for processing the reservation and will not be shared or misused.
Check-out: Check-out is until 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us to check availability; additional fees may apply.
Number of Guests: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Please notify us in advance if adjustments are needed.
Responsible Use: Please use appliances responsibly. Any damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.
Grill Use: Use of the grill is not permitted.
Liability for Damages: Guests must care for the furniture, appliances, and property. Damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the guest.

Minors: Guests under 18 are allowed only with parental or legal guardian authorization, according to Law No. 8,069 of 07/13/1990.
Liability for Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for reimbursing any broken items, such as glasses, cups, or other objects damaged during the stay.
Respect for Condominium Rules: Any violation of building or neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines or repair costs.
