We do not provide linen change or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer them as additional services:

- Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

- Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 100.00. This service must be scheduled in advance.

We welcome children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one from our central office. If available, it will be provided for an additional cost of R$60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or outlet protectors

- The window poses a fall risk

- We do not have an extra mattress

- The condominium has a closed garage inside the building. The service is paid for daily. Daily rate for guest R$40.00, but tickets can be purchased in advance at reduced prices. For payment, inside the parking lot there is a self check-in counter for payment and also a parking attendant at limited times for support.

Guests will have access during their stay to the condominium's gym, coworking space, laundry room, bike storage, and the rooftop entertainment area. The condominium's common areas do not require a reservation and are freely accessible to guests. Event and party spaces are not available to guests.

The building also features a Lavô laundry room on the second floor. The laundry has three washing machines and three dryers. These services are PAID and operate through credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.

The locker service at the building entrance is for common use. Upon entering the building, you can ask the doorman for instructions on how it works.
