We do not provide daily cleaning or linen changes during your stay. However, we offer certain additional services upon prior request, depending on staff availability and subject to an additional fee.

PARKING

The condominium has paid rotating parking, with covered and uncovered spaces.

Payment is made directly to the responsible company, through a self-service totem on site.

During your stay, you are welcome to freely use the common areas of the condominium, with no need for prior reservation.

• Coworking – 2nd floor

• Self-service laundry – 2nd floor (usage is paid directly on site)

• Bicycle storage – ground floor

• Rooftop social area and pool with temperature control system – Rooftop floor

The pool is open 24 hours a day, from Tuesday to Sunday.

On Mondays, it remains closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Important:

The party rooms, gourmet spaces, backlit bar, and barbecue grills located on the rooftop are not available for short-term guests.
