The common areas of the condominium do not require reservations and are freely accessible to guests. Event, party and grill spaces are not available for guests.

The building also has a laundry facility on the third floor, which includes three washing machines and three dryers. The services provided are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk located next to the machines.

The Storage Room service (for receiving and storing deliveries, with separate access and controls from the reception) is for common use. Upon entering the reception, you can check with the staff about its operation.

Directly in the app's chat or through our customer service center, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. For emergencies, please contact our on-call service, available from Monday to Sunday until 10:00 PM.

- Para acesso a piscina é necessário utilizar pulseira (a mesma estará disponível dentro do apartamento), a não aplicação da mesma incide em multa.

- Check-in: das 14:00 às 22:00. Há possibilidade de acesso após esse horário, porém não contamos com suporte para atender.

- É necessário o envio dos documentos de todos os hospedes para liberação na portaria.

- Check-out: até as 11:00.

- Temos possibilidade de efetuar early check-in e late check-out mediante o pagamento de adicional e verificação de disponibilidade.

- Não é permitido receber visitas no apartamento e dependências do prédio.

- Ao efetuar a reserva, dados serão coletados para liberação junto a portaria. Eles serão tratados unicamente para efetuar a reserva e não serão compartilhados ou utilizados de forma indevida

- Não é permitido fumar na acomodação e nas dependências do condomínio.

- A decoração ou mobiliário pode apresentar mudanças em decorrência de possíveis trocas que forem necessárias

- Efetuando a reserva, o hóspede está ciente e de acordo com o ressarcimento de itens quebrados como taças e copos e objetos, assim como itens machados, roupa de cama, toalhas e panos.
