- Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Access can be made at any time, as the process is carried out via self check-in.

There is no support available outside business hours, only an emergency number will be provided after that period.

To avoid any inconvenience during access, it is mandatory to send the required documents in advance.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.

- Mandatory Documentation

All guests must send their documents in advance for authorization at the building’s reception. The collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

- No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building, in accordance with the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011). Non-compliance may result in fines and/or charges for deodorization and repairs.

- Parking

This apartment does not offer a garage space. We suggest using private parking lots located next to the building.

- Pets

One small pet (up to 15 kg) is allowed per unit. Owners must supervise their pets and comply with the building’s rules. Any damages caused by pets are the guest's responsibility.

- Crib and Child Safety

A crib is not provided in the unit, but a portable crib is available upon prior request and subject to availability, at no additional cost.

The unit is not childproof: there are small objects, unprotected power outlets, and windows that pose a fall risk. No extra mattress is available.

Children over 2 years old are considered paying guests.

- Common Areas and Usage Rules

Available areas for guests: pool, gym, rooftop, coworking space, laundry room, pet area, and bike rack.

Access to the pool requires the use of a wristband, which will be provided inside the apartment. Not using it will result in a fine.

Private areas such as party rooms, barbecues, and gourmet spaces are not available to guests, as per the condominium rules.

Receiving visitors in the apartment or common areas is not allowed.

- Visitors and Minors

Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

Minors under 18 years old can only stay with formal authorization from a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).

- Noise and Renovations

This is a new building, and occasional noise from renovations or neighbor move-ins may occur. This is not the host’s responsibility.

- Damages, Fines, and Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, broken items (glasses, cups, utensils, etc.), and stained bedding, towels, or cloths.

Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in fines, which will be the guest’s responsibility.

- Décor and Furniture

Decoration and furniture may be changed without prior notice due to maintenance or replacement needs.
