We welcome children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you may request one through our central service. If available, it will be provided at a cost of R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or outlet covers

- The window poses a risk of falling

- We do not have an extra mattress

Important:

All common areas are available for guest use without prior booking.

However, event spaces, the party room, and barbecue areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with building regulations.

The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with washing machines and dryers, and operates on a self-service basis using credit card payment at a kiosk located next to the machines.

Porto Alegre Bus Station: It is about a 10-minute drive (approximately 4.5 km) away.

Public transportation: The area is well-served by buses and minivans, with stops close to the building, making it easy to get around the city.

Ride-sharing apps: Uber, 99, and taxis are readily available in the area and typically have great availability.

With flat, tree-lined, and safe streets, it's also very pleasant to get around on foot or by bike, especially for short distances to Parcão, restaurants, and local shops.
