For greater convenience during your stay, we offer additional services upon prior request, such as cleaning during your stay, towel changes, complete linen replacement, and baby items, all subject to availability and an extra fee.

Children and babies are welcome. The loft does not have a portable crib or extra mattress as a standard item in the accommodation. If needed, our team can provide guidance about available options upon prior inquiry.

As this is a residential environment, we recommend special attention with children in areas such as windows, furniture, and other apartment features.

Our team is available before and during your stay to assist with anything you may need and to contribute to a comfortable, peaceful, and well-organized experience.

Loft London Sky offers a functional and well-equipped accommodation option for those who wish to enjoy Porto Alegre with more comfort and independence.

The space features a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning with both heating and cooling, providing convenience for rest, leisure, or remote work.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as pots, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.

For your arrival, we provide bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, and amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

The apartment also offers a hair dryer, garment steamer, electric towel warmer in the bathroom for heating and drying towels, and self check-in through a digital lock for added convenience and independence.

The building features 24-hour concierge service and provides one rotating parking space, subject to availability at the time of use.

Important:

All common areas are available for guest use without prior booking.

However, event spaces, the party room, and barbecue areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with building regulations.

The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with washing machines and dryers, and operates on a self-service basis using credit card payment at a kiosk located next to the machines.
