A double bed, fully equipped kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning, and Smart TV ensure comfort. We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer the following additional services:

Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

Cleaning service during your stay: R$ 100.00. It must be scheduled in advance.

We accept children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important observations:

We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but we offer the option to request one through our central service. If the crib is available, it will be provided at no additional cost.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

We do not have drawer locks or socket protectors.

The window poses a fall risk.

We do not provide an extra mattress

During your stay, guests have free access to the following areas of the condominium, with no reservation required:

Panoramic rooftop pool – located on the 11th floor (Rooftop)

Gym/fitness center – also on the 11th floor (Rooftop)

Entertainment and lounge area – located on the 11th floor (Rooftop)

Coworking space – located on the 3rd floor

Laundry room, Pet Place, and Bicycle storage – located on the ground floor

Important:

All common areas are available for guest use without prior booking.

However, event spaces, the party room, and barbecue areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with building regulations.

The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with washing machines and dryers, and operates on a self-service basis using credit card payment at a kiosk located next to the machines.

We work with 100% self check-in and check-out, offering convenience and full independence for your arrival and departure.

During your stay, our team is available remotely, with two contact channels:

Main contact number: available during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Emergency number: for Sundays, holidays, and outside business hours

Additionally, you can contact us at any time through the booking platforms, and our team will respond as soon as possible.

We do not provide in-person assistance, as the entire operation is digital, ensuring more autonomy and agility for our guests.
