Studio Nest is a modern and cozy retreat on the 15th floor, featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located in JP Redenção, one of Porto Alegre’s most complete buildings, with a gym, laundry, coworking space, rooftop, and panoramic-view pool. Just steps from Redenção Park and the Historic Center — ideal for relaxing, studying, or working in style and comfort.

We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer the following additional services:

Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

Cleaning service during your stay: R$ 100.00. It must be scheduled in advance.

We accept children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important observations:

We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but we offer the option to request one through our central service. If the crib is available, it will be provided at no additional cost.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

We do not have drawer locks or socket protectors.

The window poses a fall risk.

We do not provide an extra mattress

Panoramic-view swimming pool (subject to maintenance or temporary restrictions)

Important:

The party room and gourmet area are exclusively for residents and not available to guests, as per the condominium’s internal regulations.

We kindly ask that all common areas be used respectfully, in accordance with building rules and with consideration for other residents.
