The sleeping area features a queen-size bed, complete linen set, pillows, blanket, hot/cold air conditioning, cozy lighting, and a wardrobe, creating a comfortable environment to relax after exploring the neighborhood or attending appointments in the city.

The kitchen is equipped to make your stay more convenient. You will find a refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and everyday utensils—ideal for preparing coffee before heading out, warming up a meal, or making something quick when you return.

On the rooftop, located on the 11th floor, you will find a panoramic pool, gym, and social area.
The coworking space is on the 3rd floor, ideal for those who need to work during their stay.
On the ground floor, guests have access to a shared laundry, pet area, and bicycle storage.

The laundry is equipped with washing machines and dryers, operated by a self-service terminal with payment by credit card. We do not provide laundry materials.

The event spaces, party room, and barbecue grills are not available for guest use, according to building rules.

The building provides 24-hour concierge service, and the studio includes a rotating garage space, subject to availability upon arrival.
