Five minutes from Iguatemi Shopping Mall and close to Parque Germânia, it's ideal for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a prime location.
We do not provide daily linen change or cleaning services during your stay. However, these services are available upon request for an additional fee:

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After this time, access may occur via self check-in, however, support will not be available outside service hours.

Required documentation: It is mandatory to send the documents of all guests in advance for clearance at the condominium concierge. The data collected will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas of the condominium, as provided for in the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011). Failure to comply may result in fines and/or additional charges for deodorization and property repairs.
Parking: The condominium offers 1 numbered covered parking space. The remote control is located inside the apartment.
Portable crib: We do not provide a crib in the accommodation, but one can be made available at no cost upon prior request and subject to availability.
Child safety: The accommodation contains small objects and no childproofing, such as drawers without locks and unprotected outlets. The window presents a fall risk, and there is no extra mattress for children.
Common areas available to guests: swimming pool, gym, rooftop, and laundry are available without prior booking. However, private spaces such as party rooms, barbecue grills, and gourmet areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with condominium rules.
Visitors: The entry of visitors must be communicated and approved in advance, respecting condominium security rules and bylaws. Overnight stay or permanence after 11:00 PM is not permitted.
Fines and damages: Any damages to the property, broken objects, or stained bed linen/towels will be charged. Fines applied by the condominium for rule violations are the responsibility of the guest.
Decor and furniture: Items may change without prior notice due to maintenance or updates.
Minors: Stays for guests under 18 are only allowed with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).
Construction and noise: Occasional noise from renovations or moves in the surroundings may occur, without being the host’s responsibility.
