📌 Check-in and Access

Access to the property is through an electronic gate. Entry is granted using the remote control available in the locker.

Keys will be available in the keylocker located next to the gate.

Check-in is self-service (self check-in).

🚗 Parking

Only 1 vehicle per accommodation is allowed.

The car must remain parked next to the dome throughout the stay.

🧾 Required Documentation

All guests must submit their identification documents prior to check-in.

The data will be used exclusively for registration and security purposes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).

🚫 No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Failure to comply may result in:

fines

additional charges for deodorization and cleaning

🔥 Safety and Nature

As the property is located in a natural environment:

Lighting fires in the forest is strictly prohibited

Wild animals may be present

Avoid leaving food exposed outdoors

👶 Child Safety

The accommodation is not childproof, including:

unprotected electrical outlets

furniture without safety locks

uneven outdoor areas

Supervision is the sole responsibility of guardians.

🛁 Hot Water

The heating system is electric (boiler), with an approximate capacity of:

up to 20 minutes of continuous use with two showers running simultaneously

Conscious use is recommended.

🛒 Self-Service Market

Located next to the property entrance.

Payment via Pix to the number indicated on-site

The area is monitored by security cameras

Unpaid items may be charged afterward

🎥 Security

The property is monitored by external security cameras, including access and market areas.

🚷 Visitors

Visitors not registered in the reservation are not allowed.

Up to 1 small pet (up to 12 kg) is allowed per stay.

The owner is fully responsible for:

cleaning

damages

pet behavior

The glamping currently has two domes, with possible future expansion.

As it is located in a natural environment, the following may occur:

insects

natural sounds

weather variations

humidity

💰 Damages, Consumption and Fines

Charges may apply for:

property or furniture damage

stained or missing items

unpaid consumption in the market

🪑 Decoration and Furniture

Decoration and furniture may change without prior notice due to maintenance or updates.

👨‍👩‍👧 Minors

Guests under 18 are only allowed with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).

⚡ Liability

LikeHome is not responsible for:

interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet)

natural events

behavior of wild animals

external factors beyond property management
