If you are coming to Porto Alegre for business, an event, or just want a comfortable and well-located base, the studio offers what hotels in the area can't: the space and privacy of a complete apartment, along with the modern infrastructure of the city's most advanced Triple-A complex. Picture yourself waking up, heading to the rooftop pool, working out in the full gym, making a Nespresso, and heading out through the ground-floor mall to a meeting on Carlos Gomes.

We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer the following additional services:

Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bed set)

Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

Cleaning service during your stay: R$ 100.00. It must be scheduled in advance.

We accept children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important observations:

We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but we offer the option to request one through our central service. If the crib is available, it will be provided at no additional cost.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

We do not have drawer locks or socket protectors.

The window poses a fall risk.

We do not provide an extra mattress for children.

Getting There: The building is located at 1130 Carlos Gomes Avenue – Auxiliadora Neighborhood, one of Porto Alegre's main thoroughfares. Access is easy for those arriving by car, public transportation, or ride-hailing apps.

Public Transportation: Several buses and minibuses run along Carlos Gomes Avenue, connecting the neighborhood to the city's main areas, such as the Historic Center, North Zone, and South Zone. Bus stops are located just a few meters from the building.

Parking: The condominium offers paid parking on-site (spaces subject to availability). Private parking and easily accessible streets are also available nearby.

Salgado Filho International Airport: approximately 18 minutes by car (approx. 7.5 km).

Porto Alegre Bus Station: approximately 15 minutes by car (approx. 6 km).

Ride-hailing apps: Uber, 99, and taxis operate quickly in the area, ensuring convenient access to shopping malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The condominium has a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the responsible company via the on-site totem.

Important: The apartment is prepared to host two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it will be necessary to request extra bedding for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may have an additional cost and must be arranged before the reservation.

Guest access You will have exclusive access to Poa Square with independent entry through a digital lock — no keys, no fixed check-in time. At Carlos Gomes Square, access to common areas includes a pool, gym, coworking space, communal laundry, and rooftop, following the building's schedule. The ground-floor walking mall operates during the commercial hours of each store. According to condominium rules, external visitors must be registered in advance and do not have access to the building's leisure areas.
