Parking: The condominium offers paid on-site rotating parking (spaces subject to availability). There are also private parking options and easily accessible streets nearby.

Salgado Filho International Airport: about 18 minutes by car (approx. 7.5 km).

Porto Alegre Bus Station: about 15 minutes by car (approx. 6 km).
