Stay close to all the neighborhood conveniences, including PUC University, UFRGS, hospitals, and Avenida Ipiranga, one of Porto Alegre's main avenues connecting you to various neighborhoods.

During your stay, we do not provide daily cleaning or regular linen changes. However, these services can be arranged as additional services, subject to staff availability and an extra fee.

About children and babies:

We welcome children and babies with great care. However, it is important to consider a few points regarding the accommodation:

We do not have a portable crib available in the unit. If needed, a crib can be requested from our central office, subject to availability and an additional charge.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

The drawers do not have safety locks.

The electrical outlets do not have child protectors.

The windows may pose a risk to unattended children, so constant supervision by an adult is required.

We do not provide an extra mattress.

We recommend that guardians assess whether the accommodation appropriately meets the family's needs and ensure constant supervision of children throughout the stay.

The party room and gourmet space are available upon request to the condominium administration and payment of the usage fee at the time of booking.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late check-in is possible but we do not provide support outside these hours.

Documents must be submitted for clearance at the front desk.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

You may have visits from up to one guest in the apartment. Overnight stays by this guest are not allowed. We are not responsible for any risks or damages caused by the guest.

Upon making the reservation, personal data will be collected for clearance at the front desk. This data will be used solely for processing the reservation and will not be shared or misused.

There may be changes to the fees and rules for using some services within the condominium. We are not responsible for any changes made by the condominium prior to the reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and throughout the condominium premises.

Décor and furnishings may change due to necessary updates.

Guests under 18 years old will be allowed only with authorization from parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8,069, dated 07/13/1990).

By making the reservation, the guest agrees to cover the cost of broken items such as glasses and cups.

Any violations of condominium and neighborhood rules are the guest's responsibility, including fines and reimbursement for damages to the condominium.

The building is new, and there may be noise from renovations and changes during permitted commercial hours as defined by municipal law.

We are not responsible for the operation of the condominium’s rotating parking system.
