About children and babies:
We warmly welcome children and babies. However, please note the following points regarding the accommodation:
We do not have a portable crib available in the unit. If needed, you may request a crib from our support team, subject to availability and an additional charge.
There are small objects in the accommodation.
The drawers do not have safety locks.
The power outlets do not have child safety covers.
The windows may be a risk for unattended children, so constant adult supervision is required.
No extra mattress is provided.
We recommend that guardians evaluate if the accommodation meets the family's needs and supervise children at all times during the stay.

The Connect Condominium is located in a continuously growing area, featuring a university hub that attracts students and professionals alike. Just 250m from PUCRS, it offers various conveniences in the vicinity, including the São Lucas Hospital of PUCRS, Independence Hospital, schools, hypermarkets, as well as easy access to major roads connecting the entire city. The condominium provides amenities such as a gym, lap pool, rooftop leisure area, laundry facilities, party room, coworking space, bicycle storage, and other convenience.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We offer the possibility of early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Visitor Policy: You may receive one visitor in the apartment. Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted. We are not responsible for any risks or damages caused by visitors.
Reservation Data: Upon making a reservation, personal information will be collected for authorization at the front desk. This data will be used solely to process the reservation and will not be shared or misused.
Condominium Services: The fees and rules for certain services within the condominium may change. We are not responsible for any changes the condominium management may make before or after the reservation is confirmed.
Pet Policy: One small pet (up to 15 kg) is allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in any area of the condominium.
Decor and Furniture: The decor or furniture may change due to necessary replacements.
Minors: Guests under 18 years old will only be allowed with parental or legal guardian authorization (Law No. 8.069, dated 07/13/1990).
Breakage of Items: By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to reimburse for any broken items, such as glasses, cups, or other objects.
Condominium and Neighborhood Rules: Any disrespect of the condominium’s rules or the neighborhood is the responsibility of the guest, including fines and reimbursement for damages caused to the property.
Construction Noise: The building is new, and there may be noise from ongoing renovations during permissible business hours as per local municipal laws.
Parking: We are not responsible for the operation of the building's rotating parking system.
