The barbecue on the balcony is available for guests' exclusive use during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other necessary items for using the barbecue.

The washing machine is available for guests' use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to always supervise children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are allowed upon prior notice at the time of booking. One small animal, up to 15 kg, is permitted.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that the composition of the guests be informed at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, please specify how many adults, children, or babies will be present and how you would prefer them to be accommodated.
