The barbecue grill on the balcony is available exclusively for guest use during your stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other necessary items for operating the barbecue grill.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to supervise children at all times, especially in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are allowed upon prior notice at the time of booking. Only 1 small pet, up to 15 kg, is permitted.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us about the composition of your group at the time of booking.
