• Comfort & Well-being: Blackout curtains guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep, while the split air-conditioning (hot and cold) keeps the temperature pleasant year-round. The bathroom features an excellent electric shower and a hair dryer.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is compact and functional, equipped with an induction cooktop, duplex refrigerator, microwave, AirFryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a special dinner.

• Parking: The condominium offers a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the parking operator via the on-site totem.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two guests in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, extra linens for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed) must be requested in advance. This service may incur an additional fee and must be arranged before booking.
