Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After this time, access may occur via self check-in; however, no support is available outside service hours.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Mandatory documentation: submission of all guests' IDs is required in advance for access authorization at the building's reception. The collected data will be used solely for this purpose, in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

Smoking ban: smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and in the condominium common areas, in accordance with the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12.546/2011). Non-compliance may result in fines and/or additional cleaning charges.

Parking: the condominium offers rotating parking spaces, subject to availability. Since there is no prior reservation, the parking lot may be full at certain times, making it impossible to use a space during your stay.

Child safety: the accommodation includes small objects and lacks childproofing features such as drawer locks and outlet covers. The windows present a fall hazard, and no extra mattress is available for children.

Common areas available to guests: pool, gym, rooftop, coworking space, laundry, pet place, and bike rack are accessible without prior booking. However, private event spaces such as party rooms, barbecue areas, and gourmet spaces are not available to guests as per condominium regulations.

Visitors: guest access must be communicated and approved in advance, respecting safety norms and condo bylaws.

Fines and damages: any damages to the property, broken items, or stained linens/towels will be charged. Fines issued by the condo for rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Decor and furniture: may be updated or replaced without prior notice due to maintenance.

Minors: stays by guests under 18 years old are allowed only with written authorization from parents or legal guardians, as per the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8.069/1990).

Construction and noise: as the building is new, occasional construction or moving noise may occur in the area, which is not the host’s responsibility.

LikeHome is not responsible for public service interruptions (power, water, internet), neighboring renovations or relocations, or potential condo-related works.
