Located in a prime area of Porto Alegre, the loft combines comfort, design, and convenience, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, markets, and the city's main attractions. Perfect for those looking for a different stay full of personality.

We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer them as an additional service:

- Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bedding set)

- Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 100.00.

These must be scheduled in advance.

We welcome children and babies, but we would like to highlight some important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib available in the accommodation, but you can request one from our central office. If available, it will be provided at a cost of R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or outlet covers

- The window presents a risk of falling

- We do not have an extra mattress

Important: The apartment is set up to accommodate two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it is necessary to request extra linen for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may have an additional cost and needs to be arranged before the reservation.

Important:

The common areas mentioned are available to guests, in accordance with the schedules and internal rules of the condominium.

The gourmet space and areas intended for private events are not available for guest use, according to condominium rules.

The condominium provides a shared laundry, located next to the service entrance on the ground floor. The laundry is operated by Lavô and payment for laundry cycles is made on site.
