- The drawers do not have locks

- The power outlets do not have covers

- The window poses a fall risk for unsupervised children

- There is no extra mattress available

Important: The apartment is prepared to host two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, extra linens for the sofa bed (or extra bed) need to be requested. This service may incur an additional fee and must be arranged before booking.

Guests will have access during their stay to the Gym, Bike Storage, Coworking Space, Social Lounge, Laundry, Pet Place, Rooftop Pool, and Rooftop Entertainment Area. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservations and are freely accessible to guests. Event and party spaces are not available for guests.

The building also has a laundry facility on the third floor, which includes three washing machines and three dryers. The services provided are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk located next to the machines.

The Storage Room service (for receiving and storing deliveries, with separate access and controls from the reception) is for common use. Upon entering the reception, you can check with the staff about its operation.

The Goumert areas, party room, and barbecues are not available for guests.

To access the pool, it is necessary to wear a wristband (it will be available inside the apartment). Failure to wear the wristband will result in a fine.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is possible to check in after this time, but we do not have support available.

All guests’ documents must be sent for registration at the front desk.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or in the building's common areas.

When making a reservation, personal data will be collected for registration with the front desk. This data will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared or misused.

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in any common areas of the building.

The decoration or furniture may change due to necessary replacements.

Minors under 18 will be allowed only with authorization from their parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8.069, of 07/13/1990).

By making the reservation, the guest agrees to reimburse for broken items such as glasses, cups, and objects, as well as stained items like bed linens, towels, and cloths.

Any violation of the building's rules or disruption to the neighbors is the responsibility of the guest, including fines and reimbursement for damages to the building.

The building is new, and there may be noise from ongoing renovations or changes.
