Studio Atlas | Pool + gym + coworking

In Mont Serrat, Porto Alegre, Studio Atlas at Lucas by YOO welcomes up to 3 guests in an open-concept space. The equipped kitchen lets you cook at your own pace, and blackout curtains help reduce light for restful sleep. Between outings, enjoy the shared pool with a deck or keep up your workout in the building's gym. The coworking space and self-service laundry complete the setup for both short and extended stays.

Important information about your accommodation

The accommodation is delivered clean and prepared for your arrival. The linens are organized according to your reservation and the bed configuration of the unit, including bed sheets, pillows, blanket, and towels.

The standard setup for two guests is a queen bed. If you need to use the sofa bed or require separate beds, please inform us in advance about your group composition and this need so we can make the proper arrangements. The maximum capacity is 3 guests.

There are no extra sets of bed linens or additional towels available. Additional linens can be requested from our team, subject to availability and an extra charge.

There is no daily housekeeping or cleaning service included. Extra cleaning and linen changes can be requested, subject to availability, scheduling, and an additional fee.

Basic hygiene and consumable items are provided at the start of your stay, but are not automatically replenished.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on the reservation schedule and operational conditions, incur an additional charge, and can only be confirmed on the day itself.

There is no regular luggage storage service available before check-in or after check-out. Any exceptions are subject to prior confirmation by our team.

For stays with babies, you may request information in advance about the availability of a portable crib, which may incur an extra charge. Requesting does not guarantee its availability.

The accommodation contains small objects and does not have drawer locks or outlet covers. The window requires attention due to risk of falling. We highly recommend constant supervision of children. No extra mattress is provided.

The laundry area is shared and pay-per-use.

Small items may be replaced due to maintenance or wear, while preserving the listed features and amenities. Any significant changes will be specifically communicated.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You need to send the documentation of all guests in advance for registration and access approval at the entrance.

Entry to the apartment is self-service, using a digital lock, after registration is completed and access is approved. The building has a 24-hour concierge. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, please complete all procedures in advance, as there is no team support outside of service hours.

Shared Areas

- Pool with deck and lounge area: 2nd floor.

- Gym: 2nd floor.

- Coworking space: 3rd floor.

- Shared laundry and bike storage: ground floor.

These areas are shared with other users of the building and must be used according to the condominium's hours and rules. The laundry is next to the service entrance, operated by Lavô, and has paid cycles on site.

The gourmet space and areas reserved for private events are not available to guests.

Parking

The condominium has a rotating garage, subject to availability and without prior reservation. Availability of a parking spot is not guaranteed throughout your stay. If you wish to use the garage, please provide your vehicle's license plate in advance for registration with the condominium.

Entry to the apartment is self-service via digital lock, after registration is completed and access is authorized. The building has 24-hour concierge service. For arrivals after 10 p.m., please ensure all procedures are completed in advance, as there is no staff support outside the service hours.

LikeHome monitors the stay remotely through the platform chat and the support channels provided after the booking.

Registration and access instructions must be completed before arrival. Support is available until 10 PM. After this time, self-check-in is only possible if registration and access approval are already completed; there is no support available outside service hours.
